Order Service
Sample Service
We can send samples for customer confirmation. Regular samples take 3-5 days to prepare and ship, while customized samples will be shipped within 10 days. Sample fees will be refunded after a bulk order.
Production Service
We will show you videos of each step of the order production process. On-site videos are also welcome upon request. We will confirm batch quality with customers by showing pictures or directly sending batch samples. You are welcome to arrange for an inspector to visit our factory for inspection.
Shipping Service
Our wholesale orders will use shipping methods selected according to customer needs. Customers can arrange their own freight forwarders, or we can arrange it for them. FOB and CIF terms are both acceptable.
Confidentiality Service
We offer customized services for products. Protecting customers' personalized designs is of paramount importance to us. We will ensure the security of designs during the production process and will not disclose these designs to others.
